Our research is focused on understanding gene-environment interactions, experience-dependent plasticity and mechanisms of pathogenesis in brain disorders such as Huntington’s disease (including depression and dementia), schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorders. We use a range of techniques, from molecular and genetic through to cellular and behavioural analysis, exploring cognitive and affective endophenotypes associated with brain function and dysfunction.
